I am very excited to announce that starting Thursday, July 29th, 2010, I am joining Jewel in the Lotus.
My Schedule will be as Follows:
Starting July 20th, 2010: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9-10:30 am (Vinyasa flow)
Starting August 9th, 2010, Mondays, 5:45-7:15 pm (Vinyasa flow)
August Only: Every Sunday, 6:15-7:30 pm (Vinyasa flow)
