Opening day was unexpectedly vibrant -I enjoyed meeting all those who stopped by and shared of their time and energy.
Next week's schedule will be as follows:
-Monday from 12 to 1pm
-Wednesday from 12 to 1pm
-There will be no Wed. morning yoga class this week
-Sunday from 8 to 9am
Rates:
$8.00 per class
$30.00 for five classes package
$50.00 for ten classes package
Remember all levels are welcome.
Be well, and if you can, treat yourself to a Prana Surfing session.
